T. Balfe Construction has always aimed to offer first class building and construction services, having undertaken many industrial projects, both local and at sites across the UK. However, during the past five years, the company has moved to increase its production of high specification executive homes.

A company built round a “can do” attitude the business has evolved from residential builds, to care homes, industrial units, commercial builds, restaurants, swimming pools, some of which have used our own in house timber frame design and build system, or maybe a more conventional build is applied using external steel portal frame systems.  All the trades have grown up with the company applying there skills to many of the above project, keeping trades in-house where ever possible.
