The unit was constructed in Hampton, Peterborough and involved the design and build of a bespoke 15 bedroom Autism Care Home.
Designs work was completed by BSA Design who liaised with the Building Control Regulator.

- As principle contractor, delivery of all CDM works and liaising with local Planning Officers and conditions relative to the site
- Installation of foundations of Pile and Insitu Ring Beam specification with Block and Beam Floor
- In-house timber frame manufacturing and erection on site
- Fast track build to meet clients timescales
- Co-ordination of specialist equipment and internal fit-out
- Installation of personnel lifts
- Air conditioning
