Sleaford Town Boys — U13

The current Sleaford Town Boys Under 13′s team was set up in 2008 and is now managed by Graham Park, employee of
T. Balfe Construction Ltd.

Since its inception, the team have twice gained promotion which has seen them playing in the Mid Lincs B League for the past two seasons.

After an inconsistent start to the 2011-2012 season, Sleaford Boys came back strongly to claim 4th position, playing some thrilling football in the process.

As well a new team sponsor in T. Balfe Construction Limited, the team have signed some new faces for the 2012-2013 season who have improved the quality of the squad.

Whilst the main aim continues to be the development of the boys themselves, the team believe they have the potential to gain promotion to the top division in their age group for the first time.

Collectively and individually the boys all improved in one aspect or another with the end of season awards being presented as follows:

The project was carried out in Newark, Nottinghamshire and involved demolishing an existing petrol station and sales area and replacing with a new build petrol forecourt, shop, and food outlet.

Project management meetings were held on a regular basis with all specialist suppliers, managing time lines, supply and installation to ensure deadlines were achieved, The project also included consultancy work with Lincsafe Health and Safety.

Duration of works: 5 months

Value of Works: £945.000.00

Our work included:

As principle contractor, delivery of all CDM works associated with a Town Centre site
Removal of old underground tanks, 6m deep,
Handling and remediation of contaminated grounds
Managing a design issue regarding a sensitive flood risk area,
Building a portal frame and bespoke forecourt canopy
Co-ordination of the installation of specialist equipment e.g. petrol pumps and cash machines
Hard landscaping and external works
Car wash installation

Flemingate — Beverley

New build by Linden Homes North on a remediated site for a new town centre development which is over looked by the Cathedral. The groundworks project largely consists of piled foundations for houses in a mix of modern designs, some with three stories, using many different materials to add character and quality to this fast selling site.

Central Wool Growers

A new build and relocation of an existing town outlet for Central Wool Growers located on a new, up and coming commercial and retail park, Malt Park, Newark.

Haddon House

The unit was constructed in Hampton, Peterborough and involved the design and build of a bespoke 15 bedroom Autism Care Home.

Designs work was completed by BSA Design who liaised with the Building Control Regulator.
