<p><span style="color: #55a51c;">The current Sleaford Town Boys Under 13&#8242;s team was set up in 2008 and is now managed by Graham Park, employee of<br />
T. Balfe Construction Ltd.</span></p>
<hr />
<p>Since its inception, the team have twice gained promotion which has seen them playing in the Mid Lincs B League for the past two seasons.</p>
<p>After an inconsistent start to the 2011-2012 season, Sleaford Boys came back strongly to claim 4th position, playing some thrilling football in the process.</p>
<p>As well a new team sponsor in T. Balfe Construction Limited, the team have signed some new faces for the 2012-2013 season who have improved the quality of the squad. </p>
<p>Whilst the main aim continues to be the development of the boys themselves, the team believe they have the potential to gain promotion to the top division in their age group for the first time.</p>

<p>Project management meetings were held on a regular basis with all specialist suppliers, managing time lines, supply and installation to ensure deadlines were achieved, The project also included consultancy work with Lincsafe Health and Safety.</p>

The groundworks project largely consists of piled foundations for houses in a mix of modern designs, some with three stories, using many different materials to add character and quality to this fast selling site.</span></p>
