The project was a new build scheme to the client’s own designs on a three acre site including offices and external spray booths.

- Portal frame/ cladded and traditional build superstructure
- Polished floor to workshop area
- Concrete hard standing to bulk site of external works for storage or parking
- Co-ordination of client’s special equipment (plasma cutting equipment)
- Large electrical specification and gas installation
- Sub-station / generator installation
- Under floor heating and air conditioning
- Perimeter fencing
