This community project is being built in line with fund raising projects and grant applications. It is a new build village hall, built adjacent to the existing operational hall which will be demolished once the new building is opened.
Tony Sharp Design, consultancy work with Watts Group and many other grant and lottery funding associations.
Duration of works: In line with fund raising, approx 6-8 months.

- Role of principle contractor
- Sensitive village location, close to village school and existing village hall
- Floating timber floor built to client’s specification
- Solar panels
- Complete fit-out of working kitchen and toilet facilities
