Carholme Road

Groundworks

New build by Linden Homes Midlands on a remediated site within a flood risk area, the site runs along the canal into the centre of the town and is overlooked by Lincoln Cathedral. The project offers a mixture of affordable housing and sale plots built with foundations using a piled and ring beam construction.
