The project was carried out in Newark, Nottinghamshire and involved demolishing an existing petrol station and sales area and replacing with a new build petrol forecourt, shop, and food outlet.
Project management meetings were held on a regular basis with all specialist suppliers, managing time lines, supply and installation to ensure deadlines were achieved, The project also included consultancy work with Lincsafe Health and Safety.

Our work included:
- As principle contractor, delivery of all CDM works associated with a Town Centre site
- Removal of old underground tanks, 6m deep,
- Handling and remediation of contaminated grounds
- Managing a design issue regarding a sensitive flood risk area,
- Building a portal frame and bespoke forecourt canopy
- Co-ordination of the installation of specialist equipment e.g. petrol pumps and cash machines
- Hard landscaping and external works
- Car wash installation
