Groundworks / Civils

Over the last 15 years the company has undertaken groundworks and Civil Engineering contracts for many developers and contractors who see a benefit in sub-contracting the “mucky part” to a specialist in this sector.

Experience in the latter stages of projects including Section 278 – Section 38 – Section 104 to active final adoption to authorities.

We have completed all works up to and including DPC on individual sites of 200+ housing site schemes, medical centres, warehouses, factories, shops, schools and other community building projects. Over the years we have worked with such names as; Taylor Wimpey, Stamford Homes, Shepherd Homes, Kier Residential, RG Carters, Interserve, Persimmon and Clugstons.

From the initial layout and setting of foundations and drainage, to the completion of a property or development; groundworks continue to form an integral part of our business with an increasing number of companies entrusting us with this fundamental stage of any building project.
