Over the last 30 years the company has undertaken groundworks and Civil Engineering contracts for many developers and contractors who see a benefit in sub-contracting the “mucky part” to a specialist in this sector.

Experience in all stages of civil engineering including Section 278, Section 38 and Section 104 works through to final adoption to authorities. We currently construct the foundations and infrastructure for over 300 homes per year for national, private developers and housing associations. We are an approved Lincolnshire County Council Highway Contractor.

T Balfe are often employed as the principle contractor for the early stages of development, enabling the developer to arrive on site with infrastructure and oversites already installed. This enables the developer to commence superstructure works immediately on their arrival.

We operate throughout the East Midlands, Yorkshire, Peterborough, Northamptonshire and, of course, in our home county of Lincolnshire.
