The site was an old Asbestos clad Garage Block and we completed a Design & Build Project, for the Social Housing Provider ESHA (Developments) Limited, to demolish the garages and replace with 3 no contemporary terraced houses.
Duration of works: 24 weeks including demolition
Value of Works: £270,000
The project required an elevated ground floor level to satisfy the Planners and Environment Agency, due to the fact that the site lay in Flood Risk Zone Level 3. The Build comprised a pile and ring beam foundation strategy with steel cased piles circa 14m in depth.

- We manufactured and erected the Timber Frame structure to meet the client’s deadlines and also to comply with the Code for Sustainable
Homes – Level 3.
- The project was completed on time, to the clients budget and has since received compliments from the Local Planners.
